Favorite Blogs:
treadmill workout. Warmed up and cooled down a mile. and did a ladder tempo workout. right around marathon pace. started at 7;19 and got faster.
4 mile warm up to the track then 7x 200 meter sprints and a couple laps of IN and Outs. then finished with 3.5 back home.
