AM- 7 miles around Edmond with kara. Easy pace about 8-8:30. Just planning on taking the next month or two easy and building miles back up very slowly.
After my run completed my 5th day in a row of strength training since the new year. Feels pretty good. Would like to focus a little more on strength training this spring.
PM- 4 miles around OC pushing matthew. It was beautiful out, so I had to get a few more miles. Started out at 8 min and did a progressive run. Finished my at 7:02.
