After a week of slowly getting my miles back trying to rehab my knee after stupidly going out for 20 after a month hiatus I was able to make it to 8. Still the last 2-3 miles were painful and my knee was tight. Hopefully I can take this month to get back some miles.

Did a workout on the track tonight.

1.5 warm up

4x 800 m @ 6-6:20 pace

100 m float in between 4x300 m @ 530 pace

400 m rest in between

800 m cool down.

Really wish my knee wasn't bugging me. Wanted to push some speed work tonight, worried I might have to take some time out to completely rehab it.
