AM- easy 3 with Jake and the fam this morning. It was beautiful! I was going to take it off but instead I think it was better that I just went easy to help my legs from tightening up. 

PM- Went to SPI to get a workout in.

AM- 8 miles with Bailey. Started out at 8:30 pace and then for about 3 miles just tried to get the legs going around 8 and sub.

PM- Felt lazy all morning and finally around 4ish decided to head out. I had hoped to do 14 and felt really good, but I started feeling a little soreness in my shin and I am planning on doing 8 in the morning so after 10 I stopped. 

This is the first run I've pushed myself and actually felt really good after. I don't know if I didn't cramp because every time I stopped at a light I stretched but I finally could push it at the end of my run.

  • miles 1-4-- 8 min pace.

Haven't been recording miles the last couple weeks. My sciatic nerve has been bugging me so I've just been running a few miles here and there when I can. Finally over the weekend it got better so hopefully ill be able to start picking up miles again. Did 4 in the evening really easy with my dad.
