| AM- 15. First time running in Draper. Kelsey and I ran around the lake on the dirt roads about 7.5 out and came back. My legs were definitely feeling the uneven terrain. The pace felt pretty easy though which made me pretty happy. DIdn't hit my weekly goal but more importantly i'm still injury free. |

| Busy day due to flooding in our living room but thankfully we got a run in. Didn't start till about 7 which made it a late one but actually felt surprisingly good. Last week I felt like my body was breaking down a bit so I took off some days but want to work on building my miles back up and get in a few key workouts. I think avg pace last night was about 8? |

| First 18 miler since I found out I was pregnant with Matthew. Felt pretty good. Tried not to care too much about what the watch read but I think for most of it we averaged about 8:30s. So I'm happy with that. NOT taking anymore days off. Gotta stay consistent and build up my weekly mileage before summer is over. |
